The Steiner 5-Tonne Alignment Scissor Lift (LT50SAPRO) is manufactured in Korea to CE EN1493:2010 standards. It features an automatic self-levelling system, retractable crossbeams, integrated lighting, and onboard diagnostics to enhance workshop efficiency and accuracy. With a low-profile design and flexible installation options—either above-ground or in-ground—it is perfectly suited for both new workshop builds and retrofit projects.

Applications

• Four-wheel alignment procedures
• Suspension and underbody inspections and repairs
• Tyre, brake, and exhaust servicing
• Dealerships, inspection stations, and mechanical workshops
• EV servicing bays (ideal for low clearance vehicles)

Key Features

• Retractable Crossbeams for Underbody Work: Heavy-duty reinforced steel construction allows the crossbars to be removed or retracted when needed, enabling true underbody access. This creates a more open workspace for larger components, like exhausts, gearboxes, and EV batteries.
• Automatic LED Lighting: Built-in LED lighting activates as the hoist raises, providing clear visibility under the vehicle without relying on external lamps. The lights automatically shut off when the lift is fully lowered—no switches, no fuss, just intelligent illumination.
• Hydraulic Rolling Jacks Included: Dual rolling jacks are supplied as standard, allowing operators to lift one or both axles independently for brake, suspension, and wheel work.
• Air-Operated Locking Rear Slip Plates: Prevents unwanted movement during alignment to ensure vehicle and technician safety. Can be set to manual or auto operation for a more convenient operation.
• Telescopic Pick-Ups with 100mm Extension (Optional): Adjustable telescopic arms provide added flexibility when lifting vehicles with varied chassis widths, including SUVs, light commercial vans, or EVs. Ideal for workshops handling mixed fleets.
• LCD Control Panel with Diagnostics: Mounted at the control box for easy access. Displays lift status, error messages, and system functions to minimise downtime and assist troubleshooting.
• Auto Self-Levelling System: Advanced electronic synchronisation automatically keeps both platforms level at all times—ideal for precise alignment tasks and maintaining hoist safety. Sensors detect and correct uneven platform movement, reducing manual intervention and increasing consistency.
• Above-Ground or In-Ground Installation Options: Easily adapted to suit your workshop’s workflow, flooring, and pit setup.
• 5-Year Warranty: Backed by a comprehensive five-year warranty, the LT50SAPRO offers long-term peace of mind and dependable performance.

Additional Benefits

• Workshop Efficiency: Productivity features help improve technician workflow to speed up alignment and servicing jobs.
• Future-Ready for EVs and Modern Fleets: Its low profile and broad platform make it well-suited for lifting low-clearance electric vehicles and SUVs.
• Cleaner, Uncluttered Floor Space: In-ground installation option allows you to maximise usable shop space and create a cleaner, more premium-looking work bay.
