The Steiner ST240 Tyre Changer is an entry-level machine featuring a simple swing-arm design for straightforward operation in low to mid-volume workshops and garages. It handles rim clamping from 10″–18″ externally and 12″–21″ internally, accommodating wheels with an overall diameter up to 960mm.

The unit comes complete with a tyre lever, pressure gauge, plastic protective covers, and a paste bucket, with an optional helper arm attachment available for expanded versatility.

Plastic mounting head to avoid damage to alloy wheels
Motorcycle adapter kit and clamp adaptors for 8″ wheels

Delivery

Tyre Changers
We use Mainstream as our freight carrier. From dispatch you can typically expect your Tyre Changer within the following timeframes:
Auckland: 1-2 days
Rest of North Island: 2-3 Days
South Island:4-5 days

Our Carriers deliver the equipment on a standard curtain-sider truck. If you don’t have a forklift or don’t have access to one, please speak with our team as we will have to arrange a Hi-ab Truck. This may incur an extra charge.
