Built on Beissbarth’s Q.Lign platform, the system removes the need for traditional PC trolleys and fixed alignment bays. Image processing takes place directly inside the sensor heads, with measurement values displayed on a tablet, monitor, PC, or workshop network.
By freeing the space in front of the lift, MB Q.Lign enables multiple diagnostic operations within the same bay — including wheel alignment, headlight testing, and ADAS calibration — without relocating the vehicle.
